*Important: Milki & Co bags are luxury items. They are designed to hold all your newborn essentials, travel essentials and more however, like all luxury items they need a little bit of extra care. Leather care or balm is recommended to be used on all Milki & Co Bags. Be Kind, please do not over pack bags, do not force handles in opposite direction and please use thick adjustable strap when full for extra support and always use thick straps for over shoulder and over stroller use.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us ASAP with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All Milki & Co bags come with a Manufacturing Warranty. Warranty however, does not cover misuse of item. Milki & Co items are durable and luxury items but like all luxury items they need extra care. It is up to the consumer to look after products in high regard, to not force or overload bags, to not force handles behind and pass casing. (*IMPORTANT Delux handles are made to sit upright and are not made to bend backwards, please respect the structure of bag).
Looking after your Milki & Co will ensure longevity. Over time dirt & oils from use if not cleaned off bag can damage leather & handle seals. Always use leather care & stain protect suitable for genuine & treated leather prior to use & every 1 to 3 months to help protect your luxury bag.
Incorrect use of product will void warranty.

Once orders have been processed you will recieve notification, in this notification you will recieve shipping tracking number so that you can track your Milki & Co. We offer FREE Australian wide shipping and weight based shipping for international orders with New Zealand being Flat Rate shipping.
All Australia wide orders are sent via Australia Post and all international orders are sent via Pack N Send. Every package is tracked for peace of mind. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for orders to be processed ( Please allow an extra 24 hour for public holidays and please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed next business day). General postage timeframes depend on your location however, please allow anywhere between 2 to 7 business days once your order has been shipped to recieve goods. You will also recieve tracking notification once your package is on it's way.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
